These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the lead-management platform (the “Service”) provided by WWV (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms.
The Service lets businesses collect enquiries (“Leads”) from channels such as web forms, WhatsApp, Meta Lead Ads, and booking pages, and to organise, qualify, and respond to those Leads. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You are the controller of the Lead data you collect. You represent and warrant that you will:
We act as your processor for Lead data and process it according to your instructions and our Privacy Policy.
You may not: reverse engineer or resell the Service except as expressly permitted; attempt to access other Clients’ data; probe or breach security; upload malware; or use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
The Service integrates with third parties (e.g. Twilio, Meta, and email/messaging providers). Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms, and message delivery and pricing may depend on them. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
We and our licensors own all rights in the Service and its software. You retain all rights in your own data. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your data solely to provide the Service.
Each Client’s data is logically isolated from others. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. On termination, you may export your data, after which we may delete it in the ordinary course.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular business result (such as a number of leads or conversions) will be achieved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive (including fees owed, IP, disclaimers, and liability) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be specified], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
